SASKATOON, SK – Somewhere in the back alleys of the apocalypse, under flickering neon and behind a haze of amp buzz and mushroom fog, Runway captured lightning in a rusted-out beer can and called it LIVE. It’s not a title—it’s a threat. It’s not a souvenir—it’s a séance.

Recorded at The Black Cat Tavern - LIVE distills everything these heavy psych miscreants do best: molten riff worship, krautrock hypnosis, and instrumental explorations that feel like Tangerine Dream stuck in a bear trap with Sabbath.

This ain’t no polite recital. This is a document of a band that takes the stage like a demolition crew. Guitars melt into synths, synths bleed into drums, and the drums pound like they’re trying to summon the ghost of Hawkwind’s tour bus —when the amps are this loud, Runway speak in tongues.

Formed in the frostbitten belly of Saskatoon from the ashes of ‘Shooting Guns’ - Runway ride the line between stoner doom ritual and kosmische headtrip. But on LIVE, they rip it wide open. Think Neu! on a bad trip, or Earth if they only played biker bars on Mars. Every second is soaked in distortion, feedback, and the glorious, gasping chaos of a band in full command of their own beautiful destruction.

This isn’t a performance—it’s a transmission from the void. A dispatch from the last party before the grid goes dark.
